Higher Ed

From LGF. Is this what they're teaching kids these days? Or this class?

I remember a time when I took a PoliSci class called "Currents in Political Theory". Not this bullshit.

Surprise, surprise

Go figure.

Though, admittedly, as an engineer, there wasn't too much opportunity to influence me through Thermo 1 and 2...except to make me a bitter, bitter man.

Wisdom through suffering.

An unholy alliance

You know you're on the wrong side of the argument when Jesse Jackson agrees with you.

It's time to let it go, Schindlers.

A culture of victimhood

That's really the problem with our society isn't it? Let's blame everyone else for our children's failure in school, but yourself. I mean, Mano Singham must be right! I'm stupid because my school doesn't make learning fun.

Listen, learning isn't supposed to be like an XBox game. Some of it is going to be tedious, but that's life. Perhaps I didn't reach my potential because my education wasn't 'fun' enough, but I did well. Stop pointing fingers. If you can't look yourself in the mirror and say that you're doing all that you can, then you have no one to blame but yourself.
