One-Fifth of High School Seniors Fail California Exit Exam - Los Angeles Times

Barring students with developmental delays, the complaints against the California mandatory high school exit exam is pathetic. These tests are for 8th grade math and 10th grade English skills.

What's most amusing is D'Janay O'Neal's quote that "no matter what happens, I'm going to college...to further my education."

D'Janay has a 2.0 GPA. Unless she decides to go to West Hollywood Upstairs College, she's going to sink in higher ed with those grades.
