Wrong, wrong, wrong

The French voted "non" not only because of their fear of a liberalized market or their resentment of Chirac, but also because they can't even understand what it's all about. This "constitution" is a huge mishmash of ridiculous proposals that is designed to please everyone and no one at the same time. What Europe really needs to do is to scrap the entire thing and just photocopy our document.
