Light sentence for me, but not for thee

Denning McTague may get up to 10 years and pay $250,000 for stealing Civil War documents from the U.S. Archives.

Compare to Sandy Berger, who stole and destroyed classified documents, and gets a slap on the wrist of a $50,000 and 100 hours of community service.

If you're not important, you get the hammer.
