Wen Ho Lee vindicated

Wen Ho Lee has won a lawsuit accusing the federal government and 5 news organizations of violating his privacy rights.

The Wen Ho Lee case was an embarrassment for the government and the MSM for essentially destroying a man's reputation on blatantly false charges of espionage for China at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Lee was torn apart by the public after the MSM's irresponsible dissemination of that leaked information. When pressed for sources, the MSM clammed up and became complicit in the fiasco. Lee was put in solitary confinement for 9 months, and a judge ultimately apologized for his treatment.
