Statistics Suggest Race Not a Factor in Katrina Deaths

Looks like Kanye West and those like him can shut the hell up about the federal government ignoring only black people during and following Katrina.

Seriously, I think that one big reason why there is a backlash against blacks from whites and Asians is because of their incessant whining about anything and everything. Everything bad that happens to them must be a product of racism. I'm not saying that there isn't racism in this country. There are legitimate grievances. But, they have no idea on how to pick their battles, and they lose credibility every time they're shown to be wrong. Just look at Jesse Jackson. Once, many people regarded him as a serious defender of civil rights. Now, he's just a buffoon.
