Court Rules Kan. Can't Single Out Gay Sex

Good news and a blow against discrimination against gays when the Kansas Supreme Court struck down a state law that targeted underage homosexual sex.

Whereas underage hetero sex punishment was minimized under so-called "Romeo and Juliet" laws, homosexual sex was not, so Matt R. Limon, 18, was sentenced for 17 years for having sex with a 14-year old boy.

Hey, the Bible-thumpers have to lose once in a while.
