Coach disciplined for distributing immigration protest flier at school

Rudy Rios, a teacher at Chavez High School in Houston, was removed as the JV baseball coach for using school property to make fliers that "encourag[ed] Latino students to attend a rally protesting restrictions on illegal immigration."

However, Rios was still allowed to continue to teach ESL classes. His flier said that
"We gots 2 stay together and protest against the new law that wants 2 be passed against all immigrants. We gots 2 show the U.S. that they aint (expletive) with out us (sic)," according to district officials.

Judging by the flier's content, don't you think he should have been removed as the ESL teacher, too?
